It wasn't easy to find, but Rock and Roll San Diego Marathon live results are available at this link; just enter the runner's name or bib number. (A few people were trying in vain last night to find a link for runner tracking.) Besides runner tracking, this page also provides info on race leaders; you can check out who was leading at various splits and view the top finishers.
