[UPDATE, Dec. 9th: The Dallas Marathon's "Results" button links to this page — dallas.mychiptime.com — which offers a simple results search (enter bib number, or first or last name). As of 1 p.m. Eastern time Sunday, it seems to show results only for the half marathon and the Cigna Mayor's Race (5K), so apparently it will show just final results. Check it later in the afternoon for look for your runner's time.]

The 2012 MetroPCS Dallas Marathon is this Sunday, Dec. 9th, and below you'll find some must-know details for the race. [Note: the race was formerly known as the Dallas White Rock Marathon.]

Note: make sure you take precautions for what's shaping up as a very warm day in Dallas: forecasts are predicting a high of anywhere from 75 to 80 degrees.
