It may not feel like summer at the Jersey Shore right now, but nevertheless, registration for the Spring Lake Five opens this week, on Feb. 2nd. The annual start-of-summer race and party takes place, as always, on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, which this year falls on May 25th. Registration for the race begins on Feb. 2nd at 5 a.m. Eastern time (yes, you read that right), so set your alarm, go to the Spring Lake Five registration page and be ready to enter your information.
The Spring Lake Five is the inaugural event of the annual Jersey Shore Golden Grand Prix, which includes the Belmar 5 and the Sheehan Classic in Red Bank, among others.
