The 2014 Shamrock Marathon and related events took place this weekend in Virginia Beach, and you can find race results here. This includes the Yuengling Marathon, the Anthem Half Marathon, and the Townebank 8K.
If the runner you're interested is still on the course at the time you're reading this, you should be able to see his or her progress at various points in the race at the results page above. You might also be able to sign up for runner tracking.
