The New York Road Runners Club held its annual Father's Day 5 Mile Run on Sunday, which also serves as an event to raise awareness for prostate cancer. Despite the relentless rain in the New York area over the last few weeks, runners lucked out and there was just a light sprinkle during the race.
My time was 45:39, which is probably my best five-mile time in a while. Not where I want to be, but going in the right direction.
