The 2010 London Marathon was held Sunday, April 25th and you can find the results at the link below, at the London Marathon 2010 results page. Results are being added to the list as they become available, so if you don't see times listed for a particular event, check the page later on.
You can view results of all runners, or narrow down your search by entering a runner's name or bib number. In addition, you can see results by gender, age group, nationality, etc. There's also a link for previous years' London Marathon results.
