The St. Jude Country Music Marathon & Half Marathon were held Saturday, April 28th, and you can find the race results here. Simply go to this link and choose the race you want: marathon, half marathon, or mini marathon.
The site says that once you find your results, your photos and finisher certificate will be visible.
